Returns + Exchanges

Our Return Policy

• For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Return windows will be determined by the delivery date of items shipped to the recipient.

• We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.

• All online items can be returned at our Houston store.

• Beauty, skincare, fragrance products and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Candles unlit and unused can be returned or exchanged.

• Vintage or Resale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Final Sale Policy: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
